Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase of ABCs of Empathy! We strive to provide you with a meaningful, high-quality experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Physical Book Returns

We accept returns of physical books within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

Unused and in its original condition
Returned with original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact us at sigcampbellstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back.

Please note:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been sent.

If you encounter issues with your file (e.g., unreadable format), please contact us at sigcampbellstudio@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include:

A brief description of the issue
Photos of the damage
Your order number

We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the estimated processing time:

Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
